Ads & performance marketing
I build and run campaigns that bring inquiries, not just clicks. Google Ads, Meta, Sklik or a mix, depending on whether people already search for what you sell. I work the Czech and Slovak market, where I know the click prices and the competition. You pay the platform directly and own the account.
Who it makes sense for
- You want a steady flow of inquiries, not a site nobody finds
- You have tried ads and the money left without a trace
- You run a local or seasonal service and need the right people
- Inquiries arrive, but you cannot tell which channel brought them
Which channel, and when
- Google Ads. For what people type into search: breakdowns, repairs, moving, legal help. You catch demand that exists, at a higher price per click.
- Meta, Facebook and Instagram. Here you create the demand. Fits local offers and services nobody thinks to google.
- Sklik on Seznam. Czech search outside Google, in some trades cheaper and with an audience Google never shows. An add on, not a replacement.
- Remarketing. The cheapest part of the budget, following up visitors who never wrote.
- When not to mix. On a small budget, one channel done properly. Three thin campaigns gather nothing.
What you get
- A written strategy before the first crown is spent: channel, audiences, budget, goal
- Conversion tracking, so cost per inquiry is calculated, not guessed
- 3-4 creative variants (visuals and copy) and real testing, not one version
- A lead form that asks about the need first, contact details at the end
- Ongoing management, leads collected into one shared overview
- A weekly report in plain language, and a handover with a tutorial after a month
How it looks in action
- 1. Brief and numbers. What you sell, to whom, and what a customer may cost.
- 2. Accounts and tracking. Accounts in your name, conversions set up and verified.
- 3. Creative and launch. Variants of visuals and copy, tested against each other.
- 4. Learning. The first 10 to 14 days gather data, only obvious losers go off.
- 5. Optimisation and handover. Budget follows the inquiries. After a month you take over, or I keep going.

When I will talk you out of it
Ads amplify what you have. When something does not work, they amplify that too.
- When nobody picks the inquiries up. Reply three days later and half of them hired someone else.
- When the budget is under a few thousand a month. The campaign has nothing to learn from.
- When the offer or the price is off. Ads will not fix being expensive for no stated reason.
- When the landing page is broken. Fixing the website first is cheaper.
- When you expect results in a week. The first fortnight is data collection, not return.

Frequently asked questions
What does PPC management cost?+
Setup and the first month start at CZK 15,000, pushed up by channels and creative. After that, a monthly retainer. Prices are final, see the price list.
What minimum ad budget do I need?+
A local service can start from a few thousand crowns a month, trades with expensive clicks need much more. What matters is gathering enough conversions to learn from.
Do you run campaigns outside Czechia and Slovakia?+
Not usually. Managing ads rests on knowing local click prices, competitors and what a lead is worth, and I have that for Czechia and Slovakia. Build work I do anywhere.
Who pays the ad budget and who owns the account?+
You pay Google or Facebook directly, never through my invoice. The account, page and data are yours, I am only a manager. Remove my access and it all stays.
How long before a campaign gets going?+
1 to 2 weeks from brief to launch, most of it tracking and copy. Data arrives at once, sensible conclusions need 2 to 4 weeks.
What is the difference between Google Ads and Meta?+
Google catches demand that exists, the person is already searching. Meta creates it, showing your offer to someone who was not looking. Google costs more per click, Meta reaches further.
Can this be measured when people refuse cookies?+
Yes, just not through the browser. Conversions go server side (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions) and a form filled in on the platform needs none.
What if I want to stop?+
Ongoing management runs indefinitely with one month notice, no annual lock in. Campaigns, accounts and data stay with you, to carry on alone or hand on.
