1. Who provides and invoices the services

The company is not registered for value added tax. The prices shown on this website are therefore final, no VAT is added to them and none is stated on the tax documents.
2. Relationship to David Sak
This website is a personal portfolio, it is written in the first person and it is signed by David Sak. He is the person who delivers the work, talks to clients and looks after the content of the site. The contracting party, the invoicing entity and the bearer of the rights and obligations arising from concluded contracts is, however, always Leadora Technologies s.r.o.
That is not a contradiction, only a division of roles. When you agree something with David, the contract you enter into is with Leadora Technologies s.r.o. The invoice comes from the same company, and any complaint or claim is raised against it.

4. Scope of business
According to the entry in the Commercial Register:
Production, trade and services not listed in Annexes 1 to 3 of the Trade Licensing Act, field of activity: Software provision, information technology consultancy, data processing, hosting and related activities and web portals.
This is an unregulated trade (živnost volná), a notifiable trade under the Trade Licensing Act (Act No. 455/1991 Coll.). Classification of economic activities CZ-NACE: 62200 (information technology consultancy) and 63100 (data processing, hosting and related activities, web portals).
The services provided are not a regulated profession within the meaning of Article 5(1)(f) of Directive 2000/31/EC. No professional code of conduct and no compulsory chamber membership applies to them.
