Pricing
A custom website starts at CZK 12,000, automation and an AI agent at CZK 25,000, consulting is CZK 1,200 per hour. Leadora Technologies s.r.o. is not VAT registered, so these are final prices with nothing added on top. They are floors, not averages. You get a firm price in writing after an intro call, and extra work only happens once you approve it.

Prices are final and valid for 2026. Ad spend goes directly to the platform and is not included in campaign management.
What drives the price
The gap between the floor and the final number comes from different things for each service. These four are the usual suspects.
- How many systems get connected. One integration over a decent API is days of work. Five systems, two of them without an API, is a different project.
- The state of your data and documentation. On AI work, cleaning up the source material is routinely a third of the effort. Companies that keep things written down pay less.
- Whether content is needed. On a website there is a difference between you supplying copy and photos and us producing them.
- How strict the operational requirements are. An internal tool for five people and a system that must run around the clock and stay auditable differ in both price and time.
How payment works
- Projects: usually 50 % on order, 50 % on handover.
- Consulting and audits: hourly, payable up front or as agreed. The fee for a paid intro consultation is deducted from a follow on project ordered within 90 days.
- Ongoing work: a monthly retainer as agreed, payable on the first day of the period.
- Running costs: AI solutions add model usage fees, typically hundreds to low thousands of CZK a month at ordinary volumes. Those are billed by the model provider, not by me.

- A firm price and deadline in writing, no extra work without your approval
- After handover and final payment, 100 % of the code, documentation and access
- Handover and a short walkthrough, so you are not dependent on one person
- 30 days to report defects from handover, fixed free of charge
When I will tell you not to bother
The enquiries I turn down or send elsewhere usually take one of these shapes. You hear it on the intro call, not after the deposit.
- Automating a process that runs fewer than fifteen times a day. The saving will not cover the running cost.
- AI where a fixed rule would do. A rule is cheaper, faster and more reliable.
- A new website with no content. Without copy, photos and references it ends up like the old one.
- A budget of ten thousand for something that honestly costs fifty. I would rather point you at a cheaper solution than promise what cannot be delivered.
FAQ
Are prices with or without VAT?+
They are final. Invoicing is done by Leadora Technologies s.r.o., company ID 24624136, which is not registered for VAT, so nothing is added to the price and no VAT appears on the invoice.
Do you work with clients outside Czechia?+
Yes. Most of the work happens remotely anyway, so the country matters less than the time zone. I work across the EU and further afield, in English, and invoice in CZK. For EU business customers the invoice carries no VAT because the company is not VAT registered.
How much does a custom website cost?+
From CZK 12,000 for a complete company website with no templates and no plugins, delivered in 2 to 6 weeks. The number moves up with the count of pages, producing copy and photos, integrations with other systems and e-commerce features. After handover and final payment you own the code, the domain and the access.
How much does an AI agent or automation cost?+
From CZK 25,000 for one bounded process or one agent use case. Add running costs for model calls, typically hundreds to low thousands of CZK a month at ordinary volumes. The cost breakdown and payback maths are in the article on what an AI agent costs.
Is the price fixed up front or billed as you go?+
Fixed and up front. After the intro call you get a written quote with a price and a deadline. Extra work only happens once you approve it in writing, so the final invoice never comes in higher than you expected.
