What the training covers
The skeleton stays the same, the content follows what your team does.
- 1. Where AI helps and where it hurts. Tasks go into three piles: what the model does alone, what needs a human checking, what is faster by hand.
- 2. A prompt is a brief for a new colleague. Context, role, input data, output format, one worked example. Everyone rewrites their own prompt.
- 3. Checking the output. How to spot an invented fact, what to verify every time (numbers, names, quotes, links) and where a spot check is enough.
- 4. Tools and your own material. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, call transcription. And how to hand the model your price list so it answers from that, not the internet.
- 5. What does not belong in AI. Personal data, trade secrets, material under NDA, and how a company account differs from a personal one.
- 6. The team's own workflows. Everyone takes a recurring task and writes a workflow the rest can copy.

How it runs
An example of how it runs (adapts to your team).
Before the workshop. I send a questionnaire and call whoever runs the team, to learn which tools your people have and what they redo every week.
The day itself. Twenty minutes of explanation, forty minutes of work on a real task, then we look at the results.
Afterwards. The workflow library lands within a week, then an hour online in 2 to 4 weeks for the questions practice throws up.
When I will talk you out of it
- When the problem is the process, not the people. If someone retypes the same data between two systems every day, no prompt fixes that. It wants automating, not training.
- When the team has no access to the tools. With no licences and no sign-off, people close the laptop and carry on as before.
- When forty people are booked into a hall. Above twelve participants a workshop turns into a lecture and nobody leaves with a finished thing.
Parameters
Half a day for one team is the usual format, 3 to 4 hours with one break. A full day or two days suit larger groups.

Frequently asked questions
What does AI training for a company cost?+
From CZK 12,000 for a half day with up to twelve people, online or on-site. Length and tailoring move it up. The exact figure comes in writing after an intro call, the rest is on the pricing page.
How long does it take and how many people can join?+
Half a day, so 3 to 4 hours, is the most common. A full day or two days suit teams with more roles. Up to twelve people, larger teams get several dates.
Can you run it online, or only at our offices?+
Both, and online I work with teams anywhere in the EU. Everyone stays in their own tools and you keep the recording. On-site around Prague and Pilsen.
Does the team need to know anything beforehand?+
No. A laptop and an account in the tool you use is enough. Beginners and daily users sit in the same room, the advanced ones just get harder briefs.
Is it useful for non-technical people?+
Yes, they are the majority of participants. I mostly train sales, marketing, admin, HR and management. Nothing gets programmed.
Do we get materials and a recording?+
Yes, within a week: the recording, materials with examples from your field, and the workflow library built during the day.
How is this different from AI Act training?+
This workshop is about performance, using AI on your own work. Article 4 training is about the duty and the paper trail: outline, attendance sheet, internal rules. It has its own page, and both fit into one day.
