Does the team need to know anything beforehand?+

No. We start from wherever people are. I adapt the workshop so it makes sense both for complete beginners and for those already using AI daily. The goal is to move everyone forward on their own work, not to lecture theory.

Won't our data be at risk?+

On the contrary, part of the training is clear rules on what to put into AI and what not, and how to pick tools by data sensitivity. You leave using AI more safely than you do today, when everyone handles it their own way.

Will it stick, or fizzle out in a month?+

That's exactly why it comes with a ready-made prompt library, materials and a follow-up call a few weeks later. You don't just get a one-day experience, but workflows you can come back to, and the chance to tune it to how it actually runs for you.
