I design the architecture of every deployment and run the initial audits myself. You talk to me from the very first consultation, no salesperson between you and the solution. I'm also a co-founder of SiteSpot (sitespot.cz), a studio building websites and automations for companies.
When more hands are needed, I bring in trusted specialists for data engineering, MLOps or security. I assemble capacity per project, but the responsibility for the result is always mine.

I don't sell solutions without a diagnosis. Until I know exactly where you're losing time and money, I have nothing to offer. That's why every collaboration starts with mapping your processes, and sometimes ends with me talking you out of automation.
No data retention, no training third-party models on your documents. I deploy into private infrastructure, and after handover you own 100% of the code and intellectual property.
Replacing systems is my last resort, not my first offer. Middleware connects your existing CRM, warehouse and accounting, no migration, no downtime, no retraining the whole company.
Roughly 80% of repetitive tasks the pipeline handles on its own. The remaining 20% goes to your people, with the context of why the case deserves a human decision. I don't replace anyone, I just move the work.
Every month you get a report with numbers that hold up in front of your CFO: processing time, error rate, cost per transaction. If the numbers aren't going down, that's my problem, and I fix it.
